I am perfectly supported in every way.

I am loved. I am loved. I am loved.

Takes you from feeling disconnected to NURTURED.

Connecting to the Earth…..

Place on your feet in the morning and before bed.

(Go stand outside if possible – barefoot)

Take a few deeps breath and feel your toes. Begin to scoop this energy up into your body. Feel your feet. Continue on with each body part, scooping the energy up, up, up. Feel your knees. Feel your hips. Feel your heart. Feel your neck. Feel your eyes. Feel the top of your head. Allow yourself to get out of your head and into your body.

Bring your hands to your heart and repeat the mantra one more time.
