  • Apply to the feet before bedtime or use with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil for a calming and relaxing massage.

  • Add one to two drops to your DIY skin care cleanser.

  • Diffuse for a sense of self confidence.

Mixes well with Lavender, Patchouli, Lime, and Arborvitae.

Libations of the day

GG’s Bergamot Latte

Ingredients

1 strongly brewed glass of earl grey tea (I use 2 tea bags)

Steamed and/or Frothed Milk

1 drop dōTERRA Bergamot Essential Oil

Sugar or Honey (optional)

Mango Bergamot Sparkler

Ingredients

2 drops dōTERRA Bergamot Essential Oil

1/2 oz. mango juice

1/2 oz. lemon juice

1/2 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup

sparkling wine

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with sparkling wine.

Using oils with intention

Find one part of your body that you DON’T LOVE (or that you least like) each day for 7 days…anoint it with a drop of dōTERRA Bergamot Essential Oil and repeat the mantra several times……breathing in the words and allowing them to spread from the point of anointment through the entire body:

The Mantra:

I am Perfect in my Imperfections.

I am Enough.

I Love Me.
