Today’s pod is all about the oil of Integrity.
We are talking about the empowerment of Coriander.

Coriander’s uses:
The sweet, herbaceous aroma is both relaxing and stimulating, and adds a fresh note.
Diffuse it to promote feelings of calmness and relaxation.
Use Coriander in cooking for a warm, spicy flavor.
Apply topically to oily skin to maintain a clear complexion and help reduce the appearance of blemishes.
Diffuse when working on homework or a project.
After a short workout, apply Coriander to the legs for a soothing massage.
Apply to the back of the neck or to the bottoms of the feet to promote relaxation.
Use Coriander as a surface cleanser.

Sassy Truffles
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 drops doTERRA Slim and Sassy Essential Oil
Coriander Sugar Coatings for Truffles:
3-4 drops doTERRA Coriander Essential Oil and 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Place the chopped chocolate in a medium sized stainless steel bowl. Set aside. Heat the cream and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Add the essential oil and mix in. Cover and place in the refrigerator until the truffle mixture is firm (this will take several hours or overnight).
Mix the Coriander Sugar on a plate. Remove the truffle mixture from the refrigerator. With your hands, a melon baller or small spoon form the chocolate into round bite-sized balls. Immediately roll the truffle in the coating and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or tray. Cover and place in the refrigerator until firm. Truffles can be refrigerated for a couple of weeks or frozen for a couple of months in an air-tight container. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Ingredients
Ice (lots —half the blender)
White sugar (3 heaping spoons)
Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Lime juice (2 limes)
Lemon juice (1 lemon)
Rum
Lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 drop dōTERRA Coriander Essential Oil
Place everything in the blender and zizzz away!

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Rum 1/4 cup Pink Grapefruit Juice 1 drop doTERRA Coriander Essential Oil
1 drop doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil 1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp sugar
Instructions
Make Coriander-Maple sugar for glass rim. Mix essential oils 2 drops maple syrup and sugar.
In a shaker combine all ingredients above. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into glass rimmed with coriander-maple sugar, and garnish glass with pink grapefruit rind twist.
