What is the Gift of your Pain?
As you rub Deep Blue into your skin allow it to enter into your heart space...and with **curiosity** ask yourself these questions.....
Do you have a situation or physical pain? What is the gift?
Why do you stay if you continue to be sick???
Can you lean into it and see what it has to tell you…..
Can you embrace it? Accept it?
Finally....what is it to surrender?
Do you have an examples of when the pain goes away…..
Janet says one gift of pain is that it is: The information Giver (sometimes subtle – and sometimes screaming WTF are you doing???
Here are some of our examples of pain/gifts:
Gina / Moon Cycle = Reminder to Relax/Stop "doing"
Janet / Headache = Reminder to Relax, Breathe
