Using oils with intention
Connect to the Stars
Put a drop of oil on each finger and then press all 5 fingers onto the paper and use it as a connect the dots to make a star. Draw other star shapes and doodles and make a star-tangle, (like a zen-tangle.) As you are doodling stars, think about what stars mean to you personally. Why do I like to look at the stars? Do I have connection to the stars? Have you thought about stars being a cosmic miracle or phenomena? Before bed, go outside and look at the stars and tap into the wisdom of the stars.
