GG’s Not-So-Chai-Chai
Ingredients:
Ice
Eggnog
Rum Chata
DoTerra Cardamom Essential Oil (1 drop)
Fresh nutmeg
Combine the eggnog, Rum Chata, doTerra lime essential oil in a shaker. Fill the shaker half-full with ice and shake until well blended. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.
Cardamom Pear Essentialini
Ingredients:
1 drop DoTerra Cardamom essential oil
1 drop DoTerra Tangerine essential oil
2 ounces vodka
3 ounces pear juice
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
In a shaker, mix all ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a pear slice.

Cardamom is the oil to use when you’re just PISSED OFF…HOT HEADED, having road rage or literally feel like you want to scream. It brings you back to the CENTER OF YOU and into-self control. We’ve all had those moments, yes?
