Woo Hoo. Today’s episode is all about the use of essential oils internally and we are also talking about the oil of a buoyant heart! The use of essential oils internally is an edgy topic and this is a gentle reminder, we are not doctors, scientist, rocket scientists or even bartenders! Try a couple of drops of Peppermint of oil in brownies or almost anything chocolate!

One drop of peppermint essential oil is equal to 28 cups of peppermint tea.

Ingredients:

Torini Dark Chocolate Sauce

Half and Half

Grand Marnier

Peppermint Essential Oil

it reminds me of my grandma, Daisy – she always had peppermint patties for me when I visited.

Ingredients:

ice

1 1/2 oz chocolate vodka

2 drops dōTERRA peppermint essential oil

1/2 oz vanilla syrup

drizzle of chocolate around inside of glass rim

candy cane or peppermint patty for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, peppermint oil and vanilla syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a candy cane or peppermint patty.
