Janet’s favorite use: I rub it on the bottom of my feet morning and night. And I’ve made chocolate truffles with a couple of drops of doTERRA Slim & Sassy – addicting!
Essentially Chocolate Truffle Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces of semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate (high quality, 62% cacao or higher), chopped into pieces
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
3-4 drops of dōTERRA Slim & Sassy Essential Oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Truffle coatings
Essential sugar with a couple of drops of dōTERRA Essential Oil, try Ginger, Grapefruit, Lime, Cassia or anything else that sounds good to you
Cocoa powder
Finely chopped nuts
1 Heat cream to a simmer: In a small, heavy saucepan bring the heavy whipping cream to a simmer (stir and scrape down the sides with a spatula every few minutes). After the cream simmers, remove from heat, add Slim & Sassy and stir.
2 Make chocolate base: Place the chocolate in a separate bowl. Pour the cream over the chocolate, add the vanilla, and allow to stand for a few minutes then stir until smooth.
3 Refrigerate for 2 hours: Allow to cool, then place in the refrigerator for two hours.
4 Roll into balls and chill overnight: Use a teaspoon of chocolate and roll in your hands quickly and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
5 Roll in cocoa powder: Roll in flavored sugar, cocoa powder or chopped nuts and serve, or place back in the refrigerator until needed.

Ingredients
2 cups watermelon chunks
8-ish oz of Water
1 Lime
¼ - ½ Jalapeño
3 drops dōTERRA Slim & Sassy Essential Oil
Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy!
Janet’s Cup of Sass
Ingredients
mug of hot water
Hot White Chocolate mix
1 oz Irish Cream
2 drops dōTERRA Slim & Sassy
Using oils with intention
Slim & Sassy Detox Bath
1 cup baking soda, 2 cups epsom salt, 10 drops Slim & Sassy doTERRA Essential Oil
Add ingredients to hot bath. Soak for 20-40 minutes. Do the detox bath 2-3 times a week.
