Using oils with intention
Oil of unmasking: I’m Not For Everyone and That’s OK.
Place one drop dōTERRA Black Pepper Essential Oil on the inside of your wrists and/or in your diffuser and journal the following questions:
I really wish others knew this about me…
What REALLY makes me – ME? (I.E. What are my quirks? Why am I different/weird?)
What and who deplete me?
What and who energizes me?
If my body could talk, it would say…
What masks do I wear? When do I pretend to be someone I’m not? And Why do I do that?
What in my life would change if I couldn’t be judged by others – or by myself? Would I dress different? Talk different? Work somewhere different? Have different friends?
“I’m not for everyone and that’s ok.” ––Kira Sabin
