Author Louise Hay states, ”when we as women learn to take care of ourselves in a positive way, to have self-respect and self-worth, life for all human beings, including men, will have taken a quantum leap in the right direction. There will be respect and love between the sexes and both men and women will honor each other. We will learn that there is plenty for everyone and that we can bless and prosper each other.“

Using oils with intention
What is my Connection to the Feminine Essence.
Place one drop dōTERRA Majoram Essential Oil on your left index finger tip and then gently rub the oil in behind your left ear. The left side of the body is known in many modalities as the feminine and receptive side. If you want to sweeten it up, add a drop of dōTERRA Lavender (The Oil of Communication, Pod #1). Contemplate or journal the following questions:
What is my connection to the word Feminine?
What is my connection to Mother Earth/Gaia/Mother Mary/Guadalupe/Mother Theresa?
What is my connection to my mother/step-mother/grand mother/female ancestors?
What is my connection to other women? Do I struggle connecting with women?
Do I have female role models? What inspires me about them?
What is the relationship to my own femininity?
Is there a theme or pattern to my answers? Be curious! Don’t be afraid to look deeper.
Remember, there is no right/wrong, good/bad. This is simply for awareness and to view your connection to the Feminine Essence.
