Using oils with intention
Meditation is the Fountain of Youth
Whether your are an avid meditator or have never meditated at all. Today is important! Place the tip of the dōTERRA Immortelle roll-on on your third-eye/brow point and begin to roll-on the oil in an infinity symbol.
Place both hands on your heart, palms to heart and close your eyes, settle into your body, become aware of your spine an begin to slow down your breath. You’ll start to inhale to the count of five, hold your breath for the count of five an then exhale slowly to the count of five. Do this breath for 3, 5, or 11 minutes every day for 7 days. Journal when you are done to gain spiritual insight.
