Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water and spray on surfaces or hands to protect against environmental threats.

Mix 4 drops of Arborvitae essential oil and 2 drops of Lemon essential oil for a natural wood preservative and polish.

Using oils with intention
Flow of Life Shower
Turn on your shower to warm it up. Begin by placing one drop of dōTERRA Arborvitae on the crown of your head with your finger (small circles here is nice, or in an infinity sign) and then activate the magic of the oil by rubbing your hands together before stepping into the shower and taking a few deep breaths. As you step in, let go of the need to control. Leave it outside the shower…..as you step into the shower imagine the flow of water as the flow of divine grace. Relax and trust in the flow…invite in the feeling of effortlessness into your body.
Continue to imagine this beautiful flow of effortlessness in all areas of your life as you shower. Trust in the flow. Invite this feeling into each shower you take this week.
