Let It Go Full Moon Ritual

Take an Epsom salt bath to cleanse yourself, take your time and relax. Afterwards roll some Neroli on your heart.

Light a small candle. Sit down in a clean space with the paper and pen and focus on your unwanted emotions. When did they start? What do you think the cause is? Whatever thoughts come to mind, write ALL of them down, no matter how silly or bitter they sound. No judgement.

Once you believe you have the source of the emotion, try going deeper. Sometimes our emotions are covering for some other fear or incident. We might be really angry at a friend for forgetting our coffee date, but it might be that  we have a fear that they don’t really like us.

Once you feel you’ve gotten to the true cause of the emotions, it’s time to let it go. Fold up the paper you’ve written on and completely submerge it in the salt water. As the water soaks through the paper, feel the salt purifying the deep, unwanted feelings within you.

Leave the glass of water out all night so it can be cleansed by the light of the full moon. In the morning, discard the water and the paper.

This last step requires that you take an action towards letting go. Imagine what you let go leaving your body through your heart. In the empty space that remains, visualize a warm pink healing light filling that space.
