Using oils with intention
“Veni, Vidi, Amavi” “I came, I saw, I loved.”
This ritual is to ground you both up and down, to be present with your body and to fortify your body with love.
Feel into your feet and use your Amāvī Touch to draw ONE consistent line from the tips of your toes all the way to the crown of your head. Along the way, really see your body, being present to it, loving it along the way. Please make this fun and loving -- do squiggly lines, circle your belly button, make an infinity sign on your heart center or a nice spiral on the top of your head -- whatever seems fun and kind. There are no rules -- but to be fun and kind! Really be present with your body and bring the energy up from the ground, through your body to your crown. When you are done, feel really rooted into the earth and connected to the sun, moon and stars.
