Fill your cup/glass with half hot water and half with PAMA. Top off with a big dollop of Frankie Whip!

dōTERRA Frankincense Essential Oil
2 Tbsp of sugar
Whip together by hand or by mixer until fluffy.

2 shots of chilled Vodka
dōTERRA Frankincense Essential Oil
dōTERRA Tangerine Essential Oil
Sugar
Make a sugar rim by mixing 1 drop Tangerine Essential Oil and sugar on a plate about the size of the rim of your glass. Rub 1 drop of Tangerine Essential Oil around the rim with your finger and dip the glass in the sugar.
Combine the Vodka, ice and Frankincense Essential Oil in a cocktail shaker. Pour into your glass and enjoy!

Place one drop of dōTERRA Frankincense essential oil on the Chakra of the day, then activate the oil in your hands by rubbing your hands together and taking a few nice breaths, next place hands in Prayer Pose, palms together and in front of your heart. Close your eyes and just breathe. Stay here for 3-11 minutes and radiate TRUTH from the chakra of the day. We are connecting heaven and earth, so start from the Crown and work your way down, doing one chakra each day.
Day 1: Crown Chakra, top of your head
Day 2: Third Eye Chakra, brow point
Day 3: Throat Chakra, middle of the throat
Day 4: Heart Chakra, middle of chest
Day 5: Solar Plexus Chakra, just above the belly button
Day 6: Sacral Chakra, just below the belly button
Day 7: Root Chakra, bottom of the feet
