Let It Go, A Ritual for Sacred Pooping

Create a magical spray by asking the dōTERRA Purify to assist you with letting go. Place 15 drops of dōTERRA Purify in a spray bottle and fill with water.

We “Let Go” physically everyday (hopefully)…..now is the time to fully step in to the magic of letting go by utilizing intention when you poop. It’s simple! Use an intention to also let go of what’s eating at you, any old stored emotion or beliefs that no longer serve you. For example, simply just think “I let go of being mean to my husband” or “I hereby let go of the need to be needed” or “I forever let go of feeling unworthy” . . .
