Today’s pod is all about the oil of Energetic Boundaries.
We are talking about the empowerment of Melaleuca.
Melaleuca’s benefits:
Renowned for its cleansing and
rejuvenating effect on the skin

Melaleuca’s uses:
For occasional skin irritations, apply one to two drops of Melaleuca essential oil onto affected areas.
Add one to two drops of Melaleuca to water, citrus drinks, or doTERRA Veggie Capsules to support healthy immune system function.*
Combine one to two drops of Melaleuca with a facial cleanser or moisturizer for added cleansing properties.
Try applying this essential oil to the fingernails and toenails after showering to purify and keep nails looking healthy.
Add a few drops of Melaleuca to a spray bottle with water and use on surfaces to protect against environmental threats.
Create an aftershave by combining Melaleuca and Cedarwood.
Apply it to the bottoms of the feet and inside shoes for a refresher.
Add Melaleuca to water alone, or along with Peppermint and Lemon essential oil, for a refreshing mouth rinse and breath freshener.
Diffuse Melaleuca to purify and freshen the air.
Melaleuca supports healthy joint function and soothes body soreness after exercise.*
Add a few drops of Melaleuca to shampoo and lather it into hair to keep it looking thick, clean, and healthy.

Oil Fact Of The Day:
More commonly known as “Tea Tree,” Melaleuca essential oil has over 92 different compounds and limitless applications. The leaves of the Melaleuca tree were used by the Aborigines of Australia for centuries. They would crush the leaves and inhale the oil to promote feelings of clear breathing and apply the leaves directly to the skin for a cooling effect. In the family of myrtle trees and shrubs – dōTERRA’s is steamed from the leaves.
Libations of the day
GG’s Long Island Iced Tree
1 part Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Cointreau
A splash to 1 part cola
5 parts Sweet & Sour Mix
One drop dōTERRA Melaleuca Essential Oil
Sweet & Sour: 3 cups sugar / 3 cups water / 2 cups lemon juice / 3 cups lime juice
Mix everything *except the cola* together with 2 cups of ice and shake, shake, shake…add the cola last and garnish with a lemon and lime slice.
Janet’s Marga-Treeta
Tequila blanco
Lemon juice
Lime juice
Simple syrup
Splash of pineapple juice
One drop dōTERRA Melaleuca Essential Oil
One drop dōTERRA Lime Essential Oil
One drop dōTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a margarita glass.
Using oils with intention
"What’s mine is mine and what’s yours is yours."
I don’t know who to credit this mantra to…but I love it. It is such a reminder of containing one’s own energy and also not taking on anyone else’s.
Awareness is the key to it all.
Place one drop of dōTERRA Melaleuca in your hands, rub together to activate and inhale three times. Place your hands at heart center facing in and say to yourself: "what's mine is mine" then turn your palms facing out and say to yourself: “what’s yours is your.” Take three more deep breaths.
A couple of other protection practices are:
• Protection spray with melaleuca and clove
• Protection bubble around your body
• Ask Archangel Michael for protection
