Use a paint brush to spread the drop of Lavender around the bottom of your glass. Add ice and Navan. Sip and feel peaceful!

Using oils with intention
The Tranquility of Boundaries
Place one drop of dōTERRA Serenity on the back each ear and then rub into the ear lobes. Get out your list from last week (Episode 58; Oil of Spiritual Purpose). This week we are looking at WHO makes you feel deplete or energized. If you haven’t done this list. Please take a few minutes to start. This can be ANYONE at work, your family or even on social media. Serenity assists in quieting the min, releasing agitation and inviting calm. We ask that you take space for personal reflection to become aware of the people who deplete you. From this awareness, choices can be made. Would solid boundaries and communication help? What would life look like if you limited the time you spend with the people who deplete you? Do you need to block, or even unfriend, someone on social media?
All of this relates to strong personal boundaries. If you are bitching about it. We suggest new boundaries! You choose: Boundaries or Bitching?
